Four key pieces of the wellbeing puzzle (and why they are uniquely significant for teachers)

I've been explaining for some time that I think teacher wellbeing is a bit like a puzzle.

In the webinar I held yesterday, I talked about this some more.

I share a summary of the ideas here:

Now, this is not to say that there aren't other pieces that are important to teacher wellbeing - there are!

But it's to say - these four, if you can start getting clarity on, developing or nurturing them, it has a very positive impact on your sense of wellbeing.

Which one are you feeling unclear on? Which one would you say is your biggest strength area? Or do all four need attention?

In the Well Teachers membership, I am really looking forward to expanding on these ideas more with teachers, and to sharing resources and processes to help with these areas. As well as lots of other goodness, too.

We've just got our first coach on board, who will be making not 1, but 2 coaching sessions complimentary for founding members. This part of the membership is really exciting for me: to be able to support mental wellbeing, as it provides an external, independent support mechanism that can be relied on for confidentiality.

With 12 members from all around the world, I feel we're set to start co-creating something very special.

Today I will 'close' the virtual doors while I huddle with this team of Founding Members.

I'm not sure when I'll open it up again yet.

If you'd like to be notified when it becomes available, you can add your details to the waitlist here (those on this email list will be notified first):

Or, if you'd like to hop on now and become a Founding Member, all the details are on this page:

And we're off. Here's to our collective wellbeing and community led initiatives that serve to get us out of the trouble we're in.

As always:
