Prioritising Wellbeing in Everyday Life

[#wellbeing + #downtime] Simple things that help me work and feel better when I get some downtime:


🌿Really good sleep.

🌿Hearty laughter.

🌿Time with precious people.

🌿Cosy clothes.

🌿Scrabble.

🌿A good cuppa.

Oh, and hugs. 🤗


Nothing crazy, just simple things that keep me floating. I just want to keep this note about wellbeing simple + practical. Because wellbeing can sometimes be so fluffy and seem out of reach, depending what we’re going through.


To all the #teachers and #educators who are on their weekend today - I hope you can catch some downtime to do the things that keep you well too. To those entering it - may you catch lots of time to replenish yourself this weekend. 🙂
